IPPA is a Chapter of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP). It is a non-profit corporation dedicated to the advancement of the purchasing profession through education and cooperative relationships among its members. Our membership includes purchasing professionals from federal, state, city, county, school districts, and other political subdivisions.

The Idaho Public Purchasing Association has adopted the NIGP Values and Guiding Principles of Public Procurement.

 IPPA Second Annual Reverse Vendor Trade Show

The IPPA Second Annual Reverse Trade Show is complete and we would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone for “Making the Connection” and creating a successful event: 

• Our volunteers – who filled in and made the event run seamlessly.
• The vendors - who participated and made connections with the Purchasing professionals behind the tables. 
• The purchasing professionals – for taking time from your busy schedule to join our event and make it a success.
• The speakers – who presented enlightening talks giving all who attended great inspirations to continue making connections
• The venue – BSU Jordan Ball Room

The Purchasing professionals seemed to agree that it was time was well spent and they were able to meet many new faces along with some old ones.
