Chapter News

Well we just wrapped up our 4th Annual Reverse Vendor Trade show and it was quite a success!  We'd like to especially thank all of the vendors and government agencies for their participation-without you all we couldn't have pulled off such a successful event.  Also, our fabulous keynote speaker, Rob Rickard.  We heard a lot of great discussions between the buyers and vendors and hope everyone gained a lot from the event.  If you haven't already, please fill out the quick survey we sent out; it will help us improve future shows we host so that it will get bigger each year!  Also, check out our 2015 Reverse Vendor Trade Show photo album to see all of the photos we captured and tag yourself if you see yourself in a photo on our Facebook page!  Hope to see you again next year!

Our Professional Development Chair, Bob Perkins, had the amazing opportunity to attend the annual NIGP Forum in Kansas City, Missouri in August!  He was able to accept an award for our IPPA chapter for "Highest Percentage of NIGP Members Award," 96% of our members are also members of NIGP! He also had the chance to connect and network with many other government colleagues and vendors as well as attend some very beneficial classes and break out sessions.
