IPPA is a Chapter of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP). It is a non-profit corporation dedicated to the advancement of the purchasing profession through education and cooperative relationships among its members. Our membership includes purchasing professionals from federal, state, city, county, school districts, and other political subdivisions.

The Idaho Public Purchasing Association has adopted the NIGP Values and Guiding Principles of Public Procurement.

Well folks, it's March and guess what that means?  It's Procurement Month!  It's a chance for us to celebrate Procurement Professionals and what we do for our governmental agencies as well as educating ourselves and others on the procurement process.  We have some fun events going on this month in celebration, check out the Events Tab for more details!
